Brock has been a qualified Butcher for 15 years, with management experience in both Coles and Woolworths Supermarkets, he is a professional retailer and meat expert.
Brock also has experience in the domestic meat wholesale industry serving the needs of butchers, restaurants and supermarkets. Drawing on this experience and passion for the meat industry Brock is ready to serve his hometown the best meat Australia has.

Maria obtained her Bachelor's degree in Dentistry in 2015 back in Venezuela, not long after she decided to migrate to Australia. She has work in the Australian Dental Industry for the past 7 years, as Dental Assistant, Clinical Coordinator and Business Manager.
She has bast experience managing 6 figure businesses, market research, customer behaviour analysis, artificial intelligence, marketing strategies and providing a high-quality customer experience.
